Our skilled instructor will lead you through the art of crafting four iconic delights: the luscious tiramisu, a symphony of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and velvety mascarpone; the silky panna cotta, a delicate custard with a tantalizing hint of vanilla; the heartwarming apple strudel, where layers of flaky pastry envelop a spiced apple filling; and the irresistible cannoli, filled with a sumptuous blend of ricotta and sweetness. Immerse yourself in the delightful techniques and flavors of these classics and leave with the skills to recreate these Italian masterpieces in your own kitchen. This class will be taught by our talented Italian culinary instructor Massimo De Bernardinis. 1 session @ 3 hours. |
